Management Team:

The business is driven by our 2 working directors who collectively accumulated more than 40 years of work experience in the engineering industry. They are involved in the business development, procurement, project management and administration of various large scale projects. The management team proactively gathers feedback, identifies changes in business environment, reviews work processes and communicates key learning points and company policy to all staff at regular meetings.

Mr P Ramamurthy – An Electrical & Electronics Engineer with more than 25 years of work experience in handling Electrical & Automation Products & Equipment with work experience in various Industries ranging from Iron & Steel, Shipping and Oil and Gas in India and abroad.

His major strengths are Design, Engineering and Project Management of Green field & Brown field projects and can carry out Basic & Detail Engineering , Commissioning of HV & LV Electrical Power Substations upto 220kV, Transformers, Switchgear, AC Motors, DC Motors, Lighting, Control systems, UPS, Ship Unloaders, Conveyor systems, VVVF drives, PLC’s, DCS systems, CCTV systems, Instrumentation & Automation

His strong technical background combined with Project Monitoring, Contract management and Control experience adds value in the Project Management areas such as Project Scope and Cost management , in addition to these he has a strong Commercial acumen in managing tendering activities including bid management, tender specifications, estimations, contract negotiations, Engineering & Technical discussion with clients / consultant and preparation of techno-commercial evaluationsHe has a wide exposure to all aspects of EPC Management processes & standards.

Mr S. Ajay kumar – An Electrical & Electronics Engineer with more than 15 years of work experience in Industrial Automation and Engineering , Development, Commissioning & Project Execution. He has a deep understanding in wide spectrum of automation solutions for different processes in the metal industry , proficient in streamlining the working procedures, formulating cost effective solutions for enhancing quality automation and engineering .

He was responsible for commissioning of Processing Lines , Cold Rolling Mills, Hot Strip Mills , Pipe and Bar mills in Europe , Central and South East Asia. He comes with a deep understanding with various Industrial Automation technologies and has hands on experience in setting up several steel plants , involved in developing standard solutions and technological functions according to process requirements , process graphics development , technology control and preparation of Interfaces with higher end automation systems and third party systems.

Also experienced in Level 2 Automation and MES Systems.

Mr P T Rao – An Electrical Engineer with 39 years of rich experience in Industrial electrical power systems, captive power plants, shop electrics of large steel plants , utilities etc . Also handled independent assignments as project head, the last being that of a coal based captive power plant.

Took up advisory assignments in Maintenance of substations in steel industry and erection and commissioning of substations in large scale ( 1000 MW ) thermal power plants.

Design & Engineering, Planning & Procurement, Erection & commissioning and Operation & Maintenance of 220 KV switchyards, MV / LV distribution networks of heavy industries, Power factor correction equipment and Static VAR systems, shop electrics, gas /coal based captive power plants, Utilities, Tonnage Oxygen plants , hot line maintenance, gas insulated substations etc.

Commercial/ Project Procurement Team /Admin / Finance

Mr Ratnaji - He brings with him more than 25 years of work experience in handling marketing and sales. He has successfully executed several government projects providing hardware and software solutions in the field of office automation.
